A five-member School Committee shall be elected at regular Town
elections, and each member shall serve for a term of three years.
Members of the School Committee shall be elected as terms expire.

The School Committee shall have all the powers and duties school
committees may have under the Constitution and General Laws of the
Commonwealth. The School Committee shall submit the School Department
budget to the Select Board on or before the 31st day of January for
inclusion in the annual Town government budget.
