When an
account first becomes overdue, the Borough shall provide notification
to the record owner of the real property and to any known tenant of
the property within 30 days of the delinquency.
When the
account becomes 30 days delinquent, Jordan and/or the Borough shall
then issue a "Delinquent Notice" for the bill in the form of a letter
or other written instrument.
The Borough
tax collector and/or Jordan may, in the same letter or written instrument,
request the payment of such delinquent account together with any penalties
and interest due thereon, by the tenant(s) and real property owner.
