This Part 3 shall be known and may be cited
as the "Subdivision and Site Plan Procedures Ordinance of West Windsor
Township."
The purpose of this Part 3 shall be to provide
definitions, rules, administrative procedures, regulations and standards
which would be applicable to both site plan and subdivision applications.
B.
Zoning Board of Adjustment. The provisions of this
Part 3 shall be administered by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in
applications before the Zoning Board of Adjustment involving variances
provided for in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d on which subdivision and/or site
plan approval would be required. For such applications, any reference
in this Part 3 to the Planning Board shall be considered to refer
to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, where applicable.
