[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Slippery Rock 2-9-1932 by Ord. No. 111 (Ch. 1, Part 4C, of the
1983 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Department and the Slippery
Rock Firemen's Relief Fund Association are recognized officially
in such capacities by the Borough and shall have all the rights and
enjoy all the privileges ordinarily exercised by such company or association.
All moneys appropriated and apportioned to the Fire Department
of the Borough of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, from the foreign insurance
fund of the State of Pennsylvania, or from any other source, shall
be paid to the said Slippery Rock Firemen's Relief Fund Association,
at Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, and said fund is hereby so appropriated.
