The Conservation Commission of the Town is authorized to act
as the inland wetlands agency for the Town pursuant to Chapter 440
of the General Statutes.
Individual members of the Conservation Commission shall continue
to serve and be appointed pursuant to the ordinance establishing the
Conservation Commission adopted March 22, 1971, and as it may hereafter
be amended.
All rules, procedures and regulations adopted by the prior inland
wetlands agency for the Town shall remain in full force and effect
until replaced, altered, repealed or amended by the agency herein
authorized to act.
