[CC 1989 §5-91]
Whenever the Building Inspector has found and determined that
a building or structure is in violation of or in non-compliance with
the International Property Maintenance Code, law or regulation or
of any other ordinance of this City, the Building Inspector shall
extend to the owner of such building or structure a thirty (30) day
period in which to bring such building or structure into compliance
with the applicable Building Code, law or regulation.

In the Building Inspector's sole discretion, a compliance period
exceeding thirty (30) days may be extended to the owner of such building
or structure, provided that such extension is granted for the purpose
of bringing such building or structure into compliance with the applicable
Building Code, law or regulation.
