A. 
In accordance with the authority granted by Section 1302 of the Pennsylvania Borough Code, 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 46302,[1] there is hereby levied, for the calendar year commencing January 1, 2022, and each subsequent calendar year thereafter until further amended, a tax of 6.25 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation of real property subject to taxation within the Borough of Lansdale, to be used as follows:

B. 
Collection of tax. The Lansdale Borough Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to collect the tax on real property as adopted from time to time by the Borough Council of the Borough of Lansdale in accordance with the taxing ordinances and resolutions authorizing collection thereof, and said monies are to be returned to the Borough Council of the Borough of Lansdale for the purpose of implementing the annual budget, as adopted, and this section shall constitute the Lansdale Borough Tax Collector's warrant to so act.

C. 
There shall be a fee for preparing and providing by mail or otherwise a real estate tax certification for any single tax parcel within the Borough of Lansdale, which fee shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council of the Borough of Lansdale, but not less than $15, and which fee shall be assessed and collected by the Borough Tax Collector and retained by the Tax Collector for providing such services.

D. 
There shall be a fee for furnishing and providing, by mail or otherwise, information pertaining to real estate tax data, including, but not limited to, tax duplicates, for any single tax parcel within the Borough of Lansdale. The fee may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council of the Borough of Lansdale. The fee shall be assessed, collected and retained by the Borough Tax Collector for providing such service.
