No poultry or livestock shall be housed or confined within two hundred (200) feet of any single-family dwelling that is located upon any adjoining lot. No more than twelve (12) chickens are allowed. Keeping of roosters are prohibited.

No owner or keeper of livestock, chickens, pigeons, domestic rabbits or poultry of any kind, character or description whatsoever shall permit the same to run at large within the City.

No poultry or fowls shall be kept or slaughtered for the purpose of sale either at wholesale or retail within or without the boundaries of the City. A violation shall consist of operation after a written notice of desist which shall be served by the Chief of Police or his designee upon the person in charge of such business.
