In accordance with the provisions of Section 340.130, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall operate a vehicle between the hours specified herein on any school day within the district or upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
operate a vehicle upon the following streets or alleys:

On the north one-half (1/2) of the alleyway running from north
to south in block 5, Mound City Original Town, more precisely referred
to as the alley running from 5th Street south, between State Street
and Savannah Street.

to the City of Mound City, from Paxton Street to Hill Street
