In accordance with the provisions of Section 315.060, the following streets and parts of streets are designated school zone streets; and no person shall operate or drive a motor vehicle in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on days when any school is in session.
