There shall be a common seal for the City, the device of which
shall be comprised of the words in Roman capitals "CITY OF DE SOTO,
DE SOTO, MO." surrounding the word "SEAL" in English print, which
word is in the center of the seal. The seal shall be circular and
not more than one and three-quarters (1¾) inches in diameter.
