No building, structure or land within any zoning district may be used, and no building or structure may be erected, constructed, reconstructed or altered, on or after the effective date of this chapter, unless intended or designed to be used for any uses enumerated in Table 1, Land Uses, of this chapter. For all other uses, see Table 1 of the Borough of Sewickley Zoning Ordinance.
The letter "P" denotes a permitted use by right, subject to the requirements specified by this chapter and after a zoning certificate has been issued in accordance with this chapter.
The letter "C" denotes a use that is conditional, subject to the requirements specified by this chapter, and provided that the Borough Council grants the conditional use pursuant to this chapter.
The letter "S" denotes a use that is a special exception, subject to the requirements specified by this chapter, and provided that the Zoning Hearing Board grants the special exception pursuant to this chapter.
The letter "A" denotes a use that is an accessory use by right to the principal use on a lot.
