The following are established as one-way streets, and it shall
be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any one-way street
other than in the direction established for traffic on that street:

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the Vehicle
Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.), any person who violates
a provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to
a fine of $25 and costs of prosecution.
