Property owned by the Town of Plainville shall be exempt from
the operation of the zoning regulations prescribed or adopted or henceforth
to be adopted or prescribed by the Plainville Planning and Zoning
Commission or its successor agency. No use shall be made of any property
of the Town of Plainville not in conformity with the zoning regulations
without approval of the Town Council of the Town of Plainville.
