No person shall abandon or leave any living domestic animal,
tamed wild animal, or household pet in any place within the Township,
except in the charge or custody of another person who agrees to provide
the animal with proper food, drink, shelter, and protection from the
weather. Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable
as provided by this Code.
