That a certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Farmington, Missouri, being marked and designated as the International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City of Farmington, in the State of Missouri for regulating and governing energy-efficient building envelopes and installation of energy-efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Energy Conservation Code on file in the office of the City Clerk are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this legislation, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 500.190 of this Article.

The following Sections of the International Energy Conservation
Code, 2015 Edition, are hereby revised as follows:
Sections C101.1 and R101.1. Insert: City of Farmington, Missouri.
Section 109 Board of Appeals is hereby deleted and replaced
with the following:
SECTION 109 BOARD OF APPEALS
109.1 Appeals. Applications for appeal of a decision of the
code official shall be made in accordance with Section 113 and Appendix
B of the Building Code.
