Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of the City's enforcement
personnel may appeal in writing filed with the City Clerk within ten
(10) days after the issuance of such decision or order for a hearing
before the Board of Adjustment of the City of Normandy.

Any person aggrieved by a decision or order of Board of Adjustment,
after exhausting all administrative remedies, shall have the right
to seek review in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County pursuant to
the provision of Chapter 536, RSMo., by filing for judicial review
within fifteen (15) days of the decision for which review is sought.
