Any term used herein shall have the meaning set forth in Wisconsin
Administrative Code Chapter ATCP 93.
Permit fees for installation or removal of underground and aboveground
storage tanks shall be as provided in the Town Fee Schedule.[2]
Failure to obtain a proper permit prior to installation of a
flammable liquid tank can result in a forfeiture of not less than
$75 nor more than $1,000 for each day of noncompliance.
