[Adopted 5-13-1997 as § 1.300 of the 1997 Code]
Pursuant to § 70.67(2), Wis. Stats., the Town of Pittsfield
obligates itself to pay, if the Town Treasurer fails to do so, all
state and county taxes required by law to be paid by such Treasurer
to the County Treasurer. A certified copy of this article shall be
filed with the Brown County Treasurer's office and shall remain in
effect until a certified copy of its repeal is filed with such County
Clerk.
