In accordance with Section 365.070 of this Code, and due to the uniqueness of particular problems presenting a potential hazard to vehicular traffic, truck routes are designated at the following intersections:

203rd Street from 291 Highway to J Highway.
|
|
215th Street from Y Highway to D Highway.
|
|
225th/227th Street from 291 Highway to Jefferson Parkway/291
Highway to K Highway.
|
|
Lake Annette from 2 Highway to C Highway.
|
|
307th Street from F Highway to W Highway.
|
|
Kauffman Road from 7 Highway to 2 Highway.
|
|
211th/Hoover Road from P Highway to 58 Highway.
|
|
Through commercial truck traffic is not permitted on any County
hard-surface road (asphalt or chip-n-seal) except the truck routes
listed above.

Definitions.
|
|
COMMERCIAL TRUCK — Any vehicle, machine, tractor, trailer
or semi-trailer or any combination thereof, propelled or drawn by
mechanical power and designed, maintained or used primarily for transportation
of personal property on roadways for commercial purposes/activities.
|
|
Penalties. Any person violating any provision
of this Schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
