All motor-driven vehicles owned by residents of the City shall
be assessed an annual license fee by the St. Louis County Department
of Revenue in accordance with the following schedule:
Private passenger vehicles: $5.00.
Motorcycles and motortricycles: $5.00.
Commercial vehicles:
Pickup trucks: $6.00.
Two (2) ton truck capacity: $8.00.
Over two (2) ton truck capacity: $11.00.

Annual license fees shall be collected by the St. Louis County
Department of Revenue.
