The name of this organized Village is the "Village of Spring
Lake." It is a municipal corporation.
The boundaries of the Village when this Charter takes effect
shall continue until changed in accordance with the relevant provisions
of law. The Village Clerk/Treasurer shall maintain a complete legal
description of all properties which constitute the boundaries of the
Village of Spring Lake.
