The Village of Hilton may construct sidewalks in the Village
of Hilton in the right-of-way of streets and highways or on acquired
property wholly at the expense of the adjoining landowner; or wholly
at the expense of the Village of Hilton; or partly at the expense
of the adjoining landowner and partly at the expense of the Village
of Hilton.
The determination of the method of financing the construction
of sidewalks shall be determined by resolution of the Village Board
from time to time.[1]
