A.
From
and after September 16, 1954, it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm, partnership or corporation to engage in or carry on the business
of a junk yard in the City of Tipton, Missouri.
B.
Definition. A "junk yard" is defined as
a place where old cars and old machinery are bought and dismantled,
and where the parts therefrom are stored and sold, or offered for
sale, or where old cars and old machinery are dismantled for the purpose
of selling the parts, or shipping the parts of junk therefrom.

Any person, violating this Article shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less
than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00),
and each day that said business is carried on shall be a separate
offense.
