Any site plan presented to the Planning Board shall be drawn at a scale not smaller than one inch equals 50 feet and not larger than one inch equals 10 feet, except that plans for land developments that will occupy sites of more than 40 acres may be drawn in accordance with the following:
A. 
Between 40 and 150 acres, one inch equals 100 feet.
B. 
Over 150 acres, one inch equals 200 feet.
The sizes of all maps and plans of any proposed land development shall be consistent with the sizes permitted under Chapter 141 of the Laws of 1960 (N.J.S.A. 46:23-9.11), known as the "New Jersey Map Filing Act," as follows:
A. 
Eight and one-half inches by 13 inches.
B. 
Fifteen inches by 21 inches.
C. 
Twenty-four inches by 36 inches.
D. 
Thirty inches by 42 inches.

Any site plan, including minor site plans, shall include and show the following information with respect to the subject lot or lots:
A. 
The name and address of the applicant and the owner and the name, address and title of the person preparing the plan, maps, including appropriate map titles, and accompanying data.
B. 
An appropriate place for the signatures of the Planning Board Chairman, Planning Board Secretary and Borough Engineer.
C. 
The Municipal Tax Map lot and block numbers of the lot or lots, tax sheet number and key location map.
D. 
A date, scale and North arrow on any map.
E. 
The zone district in which the lot or lots are located.
F. 
All required existing and proposed setback dimensions, landscaped areas, trees over a six-inch caliper and fencing.
G. 
All existing and proposed signs and lighting standards, and utility poles, together with their heights, details, location and foot-candle isolux diagrams at ground level, as appropriate.
H. 
The existing and proposed principal building or structure and all accessory buildings or structures, if any, and finished grade elevations at all corners of said buildings.
I. 
Existing and proposed topography and contours based upon United States Coast and Geodetic Survey datum or approved local datum and proposed grading with a maximum of two-foot contour intervals.
J. 
The location, type and size of all existing and proposed catch basins, storm drainage facilities and utilities, plus all required design data supporting the adequacy of all existing or proposed facilities to hand future storm flows, including a complete design and calculations for all stormwater management facilities.
K. 
The location, type and size of all existing and proposed curbs, sidewalks, driveways, fences, retaining walls, parking space areas and layouts thereof and all off-street loading areas, together with all of the dimensions of all the foregoing on the site in question and within 100 feet of said site.
L. 
The location, size and nature of all existing and proposed rights-of-way, easements and other encumbrances which may affect the lot or lots in question and the location, size and description of any lands to be dedicated to the municipality.
M. 
The location, size and nature of the entire lot or lots in question and any contiguous lots owned by the applicant or in which the applicant has a direct or indirect interest, even though only a portion of the entire property is involved in the site plan for which approval is sought; provided, however, that where it is physically impossible to show such entire lot or lots or contiguous lots on one map, a key map thereof shall be submitted.
N. 
The location, names and widths, including cross sections and profiles, of all existing and proposed streets, including cross sections and profiles, abutting the lot or lots in question and within 200 feet of said lot.
O. 
An architectural elevation and design prospective of all proposed structures.
P. 
Any and all other information and data necessary to meet any of the requirements of Part 2 not listed above.
Q. 
A parking schedule in accordance with Part 4, Zoning.
R. 
The location, size and details for the enclosure structure for trash and recyclable materials, as necessary to adequately control and manage trash and recyclable materials on-site.
