Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of
this chapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason,
the remainder of this chapter shall not be affected thereby.
This chapter or any part thereof may be amended from time to
time in accordance with the procedures as established by law.
This chapter shall be subject to all applicable federal, state,
and municipal laws and ordinances as well as rules and regulations
as set forth by the Department of Environmental Protection, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
Any ordinance, chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence
or phrase of any ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this
chapter shall and the same is hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
This chapter shall become effective immediately upon enactment.
