No person shall connect any sump pump or storm drainage collectors
to a sanitary sewer line. This includes, but is not limited to, roof
drains, leaders, gutters, stormwater detention ponds or tanks. The
record title owner shall be responsible under this section and shall
be presumed to have caused any such connection.
