Editor’s Note: Former Art. I, In General, as amended,
which contained provisions regarding the drug-free workplace policy;
the controlled substance and alcohol testing policy for Town CMV drivers;
the Mosquito Abatement District; and partisan political activity of
nonelected Town officers and employees, was repealed 12-4-2019 by
Ord. No. 19-29.
