A. 
The following specified activities or actions shall be prohibited in the Park and Ride Lot:
(1) 
Driving or parking a vehicle in areas other than those provided.
(2) 
Parking or standing of a vehicle for more than 48 hours.
(3) 
Defacing or damaging any portion of the facilities, including signs erected thereon.
(4) 
Igniting or maintaining fires for heating or cooking equipment.
(5) 
Depositing or disposing of ordinary refuse or waste except in containers provided therefor. The disposal of camping or household refuse is prohibited.
(6) 
Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
(7) 
Discharging or shooting of firearms or bows and arrows.
(8) 
Maintenance or repairing of vehicles (oil changes, filter replacements, draining of coolants, washing vehicles, motor disassembly or assembly and the like), except in emergencies.
(9) 
Release of pets. Animals on leashes shall be permitted only in areas designated as pet areas.
(10) 
Picking, breaking, damaging or abuse of plants or vegetation or parts thereof.
(11) 
Sale of a product or the conduct of other commercial activity, except in emergencies.
(12) 
Driving a motor vehicle in excess of 15 miles per hour.
(13) 
Use of the area or facilities when closed.
(14) 
Engaging in loud, boisterous or abusive conduct or engaging in or soliciting lewd or lascivious conduct, including, but not limited to, sexual intercourse, indecent exposure, open lewdness or prostitution.
B. 
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this section, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300, plus costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Township, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this section continues or each subsection of this section which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

In addition to the activities prohibited in § 15-901 (relating to prohibited activities or actions), trucks with a gross weight or gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) in excess of 10,000 pounds and all combinations (tractor-trailers) are prohibited from entering the Park and Ride Lot.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this section, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a District Justice in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, plus costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Township, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this section continues or each subsection of this section which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
