Calculation of fee by square foot basis: Square footage will be calculated on the out-to-out dimensions of the building or structure and will include all areas, whether finished or unfinished, that have a minimum headroom of seven feet six inches or are finished as habitable space, but not limited to basements, bays, hallways, stairways, utility rooms, storage rooms, lobbies, attached garages, detached garages, foyers, attics, etc.
