A.
The fee of $250 is hereby adopted as the standard attorney fee for
the preparation of any municipal claim and/or lien.
B.
The fee of $150 is hereby adopted as the reasonable standard hourly
fee for professional legal services relative to the collection of
any delinquent accounts, including municipal claims, municipal liens,
taxes, tax claims, tax liens, writs of scire facias, judgments and
executions.
C.
The filing fees and court costs relative to municipal claims, municipal
liens, taxes, tax claims, tax liens, writs of scire facias, judgments
and executions shall be as determined from time to time by the Prothonotary
of the county in which said claim is filed and shall be reimbursable
to Potter Township in said amount.
It is hereby declared that the intent of this article is to
defray the costs to and obtain reimbursement by the Township relative
to the collection of any delinquent accounts, including municipal
claims, municipal liens, taxes, tax claims, tax liens, writs of scire
faclas, judgments and executions.
