[Ord. No. 5-2021, adopted and approved on December 6,
2021, establishes an agreement between Spring Grove Borough and the
York County Regional Police Department, whereby Spring Grove Borough
will, effective as of January 1, 2022, purchase police protection
for the Borough from the Department. The agreement will, by its terms,
expire at 12:00 midnight on December 31, 2024, renewing thereafter
for successive one-year terms unless and until it is terminated by
either party thereto. A copy of the ordinance and related agreements
are on file in the Borough office.]
