The Borough Council of the Borough of Spring Grove, York County, Pennsylvania, hereby expresses its recognition of the existence of the Spring Grove Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association.
The Treasurer of said Borough is hereby directed to pay to the treasurer of the Spring Grove Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association, when and as received by him, all sums of money received by said Borough of Spring Grove from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the payment of two-per-centum tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance companies as provided by the Act of Assembly approved April 25, 1929, P.L. 709.[1]
