Any and all parks in the Borough of Oakmont shall be designated
as tobacco free.
The community will be notified of the passage of this article,
and appropriate signage will be posted designating the parks as tobacco-free
areas.
Violators of this article will be immediately ejected from the
park and the Borough, at its discretion, may prohibit future use of
said park for repeat violators. The Borough may also cite said violators
with the penalty being the maximum allowed by current statutes.
