The Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Penns Grove
can set a fee for access to the Public Defender of not more than $200
unless it is the defendant's first appearance before this Court.
The Judge of the Municipal Court can reduce or eliminate the
fee at his discretion based on his or her determination of indigency.
Until the application fee is paid, the Public Defender will
not be assigned under any circumstances.
