A.
A person picked up on a warrant by or on behalf of the Price County Sheriff's Department shall be charged a warrant fee as referenced in Chapter 290.
B.
A person picked up on a warrant shall also be charged a transportation
fee for the round trip in picking up the person and delivering them
to the Price County Jail. The transportation fee shall be the standard
IRS mileage rate.
This article shall become effective upon publication.
