Each week, the office of the Building Inspector shall cause
to be published on the Town's website a list of all building permits
issued during the previous week, except those issued for interior
alterations, re-roofing, plumbing, electrical and gas. This information
shall also be available at the Building Department office during regular
business hours. The list shall include the name or names of the applicant
or applicants, the address of the property, the date the permit was
issued, a brief description of the proposed construction or operations
and the statement: "An appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals may be
taken by any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Building
Inspector in violation of any provision of the Zoning Act, Massachusetts
General Laws Chapter 40A, § 1 et seq., or the Town's Zoning
Bylaw."
