This chapter shall be effective on July 3, 2012, and shall remain
in force until modified, amended or rescinded by the Borough of Shillington,
Pennsylvania.

All other articles, sections, parts and provisions of the ordinances
of the Borough of Shillington shall remain in full force and effect
as previously enacted and amended.

Any ordinance or part of an ordinance conflicting with the provisions
of this chapter is hereby repealed insofar as it is inconsistent with
this chapter's provisions.
