This article is entitled "Workers' Compensation Reserve
Fund of the Town of Ogden."
This article is established pursuant to the authority granted
to the Town Board pursuant to § 55 of the Town Law and § 6-j
of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
The specific object or purpose of this article is to establish
a Workers' Compensation Reserve Fund for the purposes of funding
payment of compensation and benefits, medical, hospital or other expenses
authorized by Article 2 of the Workers' Compensation Law and
the expenses of administering the self-insurance program of the Town
of Ogden relating thereto.
Any expenditure from the fund shall only be made in accordance
with the provisions of § 6-j of the General Municipal Law
of the State of New York.
