The purpose of this article is to provide for an increase in
the amount of veterans eligible funds' exemption in direct proportion
to the general increase in assessments throughout the Town of Urbana,
which increase is referred to as the change in level of assessment
and is authorized pursuant to the provisions of § 458, Subdivision
5(a), of the Real Property Tax Law.
