Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act,
53 Pa.C.S.A. § 5610(d), the compensation of each of the
Members of the Board of the Montgomery Township Municipal Sewer Authority
is hereby increased from $50 per meeting to $100 per meeting.
Consistent with the requirements of the above referenced section
of the Municipality Authorities Act, the aforesaid increase in compensation
shall commence at the beginning of the next term of each such Board
Member following the date of this article.
