§ 48-1 Number, term and selection.

Fifteen Justices of the Peace shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 146 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, to serve for a term of four years commencing on the first Monday of January, 1997. Vacancies shall be filled in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 146 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended.
