From and after the passage and due publication of this Part,
the Borough Seal shall contain the following words on its outer circumference:
"Borough of Wellsboro, incorporated March 16, 1830," and in the center
of the seal the words: "Corporate Seal," and such seal shall be the
corporate seal of said Borough.
