All unpaid occupation and per capita taxes shall be returned
by the Tax Collector for the Borough of Montgomery to the Montgomery
Borough Secretary on the first day of May of each year.
The Montgomery Borough Council reserves the authority to make
all decisions and actions necessary for the enforcement of this article.
