The Police Department of the Township of Wilkins shall consist of a Chief of Police, one Sergeant and, at the option of the Board of Commissioners, a second Sergeant, and such number of patrolmen as shall be determined by action of the Board of Commissioners from time to time.
The general authority, responsibilities and duties of the various ranks shall be as set forth in a resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners and as amended from time to time.[1]
