A.
The national flag shall be displayed at the peak of staff on company
quarters, from 8:00 a.m. to sunset, on all days of the year when weather
permits. It shall not be displayed on days when weather is inclement.
B.
On Memorial Day, the national flag shall be displayed at half-staff
from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and at peak staff from 12:00 noon to
sunset.

Provisions, Art. I)]
C.
The national flag may be flown at half-staff upon official order
of the Mayor.
D.
The national flag will be treated with respect at all times. Worn
or damaged flags will be properly destroyed and replaced.
