This article shall be entitled "Solar, Wind Energy and Farm
Waste Energy Systems."
This article is adopted pursuant to the Authority of New York
Real Property Tax Law § 487.
Exemptions from taxation to the extent of any increase in assessed
value due to the construction of such systems set forth above shall
not apply to any such systems constructed within the Town of Penfield
after the effective date of this article.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
