It is the intent of this article to provide for the health,
safety, and welfare of the residents, visitors, and business patrons
of the Borough of Milton by restricting the negative impacts of exposure
to the residual wastes created by tobacco smoking in all Borough-owned
parks and recreational areas, including parking lots pertaining thereto.
Tobacco smoking in any form is hereby prohibited in all parks
and recreational areas, including parking lots pertaining thereto,
owned by the Borough of Milton.
