A.
Pursuant to the authority set forth in § 59.20(3)(c), Wis.
Stats., the County Board hereby establishes a cut-off reception time
for receipt of documents for filing and recording with the Office
of the Register of Deeds.
B.
In order to assure sufficient time to complete processing, recording
and indexing of documents to conform to the day of reception, a document
must be received no later than 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding
legal holidays.
C.
Documents received after the cut-off reception time shall be processed
the next business day.
D.
For all other purposes, the office shall remain open to the public
during normal business hours.
