The Wyoming Hose Co. No. 1 financial officers have the ability
to obtain insurance information from individuals, businesses and institutions
who receive services of the Wyoming Hose Co. No. 1 Rescue for the
purpose of billing the same.

Insurance information will be obtained by Wyoming Hose Co. No.
1 for the purpose of billing for services related to rescues.

It is further provided that the Wyoming Hose Co. No. 1 are hereby
authorized to seek reimbursement from the appropriate insurance companies
if applicable for any cost relating to services rendered by the Wyoming
Hose Co. No. 1 Rescue.
